Package rates shown below are per person and include resort-wide lodging for six (6) nights (Sunday-Friday), breakfast
daily, reception and dinner for Sunday, Tuesday and Friday nights, and four rounds (three rounds for partners) of tournament
golf (including boxed lunch, shared cart, use of practice range and club storage). Children under 17 are complimentary in
same room as parent. Guest rooms will be assigned to Carolina, Holly, Villas, Manor or Golf/Lake View Condominiums.
Every effort will be made to satisfy specific accommodation requests.
If you need additional room nights due to early arrival or later departure from Pinehurst Resort, after completing the first part of the registration contact Christine McCullough, Pinehurst Group Reservations, at christine.mccullough@pinehurst.com or 800-487-4653 (international callers dial 910-235-8580).
Rates for package described above are inclusive of taxes and service fee and include high speed internet access in guest rooms, use of fitness center and tennis facility, afternoon tea, biking, outdoor pools and marina. The resort service fee also includes gratuities for staff in the dining venues covered by the meal portion of your package, as well as the bell and door staff. All other meals, beverages and services are subject to additional resort service charges and taxes. For non-package meals and beverages in any of the resort dining outlets, an 18% service charge is added to the guest's or Group's account. Housekeeping and transportation staff does not participate in the resort services fee. Gratuities for any other service staff are at the individual's discretion.

We recommend that you purchase insurance especially for medical coverage and to cover the unlikely event that the Championship is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Pinehurst Resort, the IGFR Organizing Committee or IGFR.

The Group Rate does not include Monday and Thursday evening dinners. These are "on your own".
Wednesday is planned as a Fellowship Day (dinner is not included, but food and beverages will be available).
Individual per person, per round golf fees for play not included in the 4 day package rate are:
Courses 1, 3, 5 = $69.00; Courses 4, 6, 7, and 8 = $189.00; Course 2 = $349.00
Guests who wish to play additional rounds may make their own arrangements with Pinehurst Golf Shop by calling 910-235-8580.
